Students will explore how to make networking and referral generation a strategic part of their business plan.

Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals

Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals will show students how to consistently secure the best outcomes for their clients and communicate effectively under pressure. They'll discover techniques for client counseling and advocating for the client and study the art of influence and persuasion.

This course counts as a "new curriculum" course for WCR's Performance Management Network Designation and as an ABR elective.

Harnessing the Power of Skills-Based Performance Management
