It was so good to see you today! Your brief talk, as always, makes me look ahead! I got several things out of it!

But just so that you know how very much your coaching helped me - I was struggling with never accomplishing anything, my life and business were in my opinion in utter state of confusion, if my customers had only known...yikes! You did so very much for me! You taught me to focus on what I had accomplished, always reassuring me that I was headed in the right direction! You taught me to have balance in my life. When I met you, I was taking every 4th Friday off. Now I take half of Saturday and usually all day Sunday! I am able to fill my spare time with my passion of sailing. I am able to go away for long (4 day) weekends, and just got back from an 8 day Hawaii trip!

As a business owner it is hard to "figure" it all out! You gave me the direction I needed, I increased my one Real Estate Book by over 22% (in about 8 mths) and I now (as you know) have started up a second Real Estate Publication. I wanted to write and thank you for our coaching sessions. I asked you to fill a very large order. That order was to get me off the phones after years of cold calling and total burn-out. I told you I wanted to start prospecting for leads by other means. I told you I was prepared to accept a 30% drop in business during this re-focus of my energies.

When we started this path I had my doubts it was possible. However you convinced me it was possible for this to happen with no loss of business. We worked together and I was surprised to find I already had the answers but didn't realize it. You have such a unique way of drawing the “best” out of a person. How many of us already have that “Best” within us and not know it!

To the end of June of this year I am exactly 1 transaction ahead of last year and only call my Past Clients, Sphere of Influence and people I have an honest reason to contact with some real estate information they might find of value. I feel confident now that I can plan my next 12 months with much higher goals and make those goals attainable.

I must tell you I did my homework during each session and filled in my weekly “Pre Call Focus Form” so we had an agenda. The nice part was … the agenda was mine! I knew where I needed coaching and you zeroed in on those areas.
